Some advice if youâre a newbie đđť
1- You do not need to workout every day.
âĄď¸ In fact, thatâs rarely beneficial for progress.
You will be surprised by how effective 2-3 sessions a week can be and how much progress you can make with that.
2- Your life does not need to revolve around how much protein you âneedâ!
âĄď¸ The whole protein thing has gone mad. And people now worry about getting into fitness because they think itâll all be too overwhelming because of things like this. Which is absolutely mental. A normal balanced diet should give you the protein you need - you donât need to buy every product that has âproteinâ on it.
3- You donât need to be doing loads and loads of exercises in one session.
âĄď¸ In fact, itâs not smart to. Youâll make more progress by repeating a few key compound moves and getting stronger at those overtime!
4- Real strength & progress is slow and steady.
âĄď¸ I get it, everyone wants overnight results. Unfortunately as you well know, this doesnât last and itâs certainly not sustainable, or enjoyable.
𫢠Why not, finally, give up all the fad diets and make a lifestyle change?
One you can stick with long term, that doesnât feel like a diet, that wonât leave you feeling s**t throughout the whole process. One where you donât get results then lose them when you âfall off trackâ.
