16 mile in the tank today after a few rocky weeks with my injured knee 🚴‍♀️ of course I had to have a turn on the swings, just to be clear- the park was empty i havent been chucking kids off swings or anything 🤣 earned that feed 🐷

8 weeks working together and Nat is smashing it 💪

In the last 4 weeks she’s lost 32cm overall, turning T-shirts into nighties 👏

6 weeks still to go until the 1 year mark of Nat beginning her fitness journey, she’s hit an incredible 6 stone loss 🔥

A few changes, plenty of encouragement, and a lot of hard work and determination, proud of you Nat 👏💪

I’m back from my weekend of dancing like no one was watching, had the best time, totally needed it, back to routine/work now anyone who’s requested for the group personal training give me a message please going to get that sorted over the next couple of weeks 💪🙂
