A tough window so far despite the 3 early deals we haven't been able to move players on to make space in the squad for new additions, people believe the club are only interested in selling players and have zero interest in building a squad for the championship.
Players need to move on to open up places in the squad as we are only allowed 25 players in the squad, clearly the likes of Sa, Sasa, Hwang, Johnstone and Henry the hoover etc don't have clubs banging down Wolves door.
The signing of James hopefully strengthens the midfield and confirms the club continue to work on recruitment, a tough start to the season last Friday night showed we are some way off what is required for this league.
Let's not forget how awful we were most of last season and we still have 90% of those players, how do we expect with the bulk of those players who give us nothing last season they would give us anything this season.
We need still a considerable amount of new players and ones up for the fight and want to be at the club, it looks clear to me both Santi & KrejΔΓ want to leave despite the manager wanting them to stay.
We somehow must get those new faces and give the manager a chance to do his work, how do we expect he will change the fortunes of the club with those same players who didn't turn up last season.
Both centre backs are a liability and a left back who can't defend showed after game 1 the problems run deep, glass half full but the championship is no place for anyone not 100% committed and willing to give every last drop.
