📒 - When Enzo first came to me for 1-to-1 training, he was already playing for a team and attending regular group sessions at PFA, where I was one of his coaches. This immediately showed me how much Enzo loved football and how dedicated he was to improving his game.

Since starting 1-to-1 sessions at WIN Football Coaching, we’ve focused on developing his mindset, technical ability, and decision-making under pressure. His hard work and commitment have paid off, leading to him receiving both Players’ Player of the Year and Most Improved Player for his club, along with multiple Player of the Week awards at PFA and being named Player of the Course.

🌟 - Lucas is this week’s Foundation WIN Football Coaching Player of the Week for showing a great improvement in resilience during this week’s training session. Normally Lucas can have a hard time in group environments with his confidence and concentration but today he showed a great desire to learn and improve with a smile on his face.

🌟 - Stanley is this week’s Discovery WIN Football Coaching Player of the Week for demonstrating an improvement in his dribbling. When Stanley first come to WIN he was struggling to keep the ball under control at a walking speed. However, after a few sessions with great listening and focus, Stanley is now on his toes and dribbling at a much better pace whilst maintaining control of the ball.

🌟 - Oliver is this week’s Foundation WIN Football Coaching Player of the Week for his ability to keep the ball under control at a high speed whilst dribbling. Oliver is demonstrating a great level of technical ability for a child of his age whilst consistently showing a motivation and a willingness to learn, which is just as important.
