Taisudo Freestyle Korean Karate & Kickboxing A modern freestyle karate & kickboxing system based on Korean Karate & Boxing. First lesson only £1. After this, the syallabus is then taught.

TAISUDO is a modern martial art that was originally founded by Master Rob Alnwick in the 90's. A fast, dynamic, 'stand-up striking art', Taisudo is based upon the disciplines of Kyuk Too Ki, Korea's own style of kickboxing, Tukido, a Malaysian form of karate, and the punching & movement of western boxing. There are many techniques of punching, kicking, elbowing, and open-handed strikes, of which some can be used for sporting purposes, whilst others are designed for self defence. Typical sessions include: warm up; fitness routine, strengthening & flexibility exercises. The end of the sessions always finish with sparring, followed by a brief cool-down. THERE IS NO NEED TO BE FIT TO START!

Juniors & Family Class:
Open for 7-12 year olds. A parent may train with a child in this class also. Monday & Wednesday 6-7pm

Teen & Adult Class:
13 years and above. Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm

Under 16 years of age £3.30
Over 16 years of age £4.00
