Year 11 Boys, Player of the Year 💚

Saying goodbye to the Y11s is never easy and this year is no exception, especially Charlie. Our Football Academy won’t be the same without CC being around. As well as being superb on the pitch for the last 5 years, Charlie goes down as one of the best personalities we’ve had. After leaving 4 weeks ago, Charlie has already been back in helping us with sessions and refereeing. He is an absolute gentleman in every sense and we are going to miss having him around💔

Year 10 Boys, Player of the Year💚

Lashawn has been the best player in Y10 this year without a doubt. His performances in the middle of pitch have been superb and he was a huge part of the Y10s winning the Trust Cup for the second year running. His levels of performance in training have also been great and he drags up the standard of training💪🏼⚽️

Year 9 Boys, Player of the Year 💚

After joining the Football Academy slightly later than the usual admission point Tyler has impressed since the second he came in during Y8. His athleticism and versatility has meant he has been an essential player in the Y9 team this season. As well as being fantastic on the pitch, he has also been a top student around the school. Always puts himself forward to help staff and a real top lad who we love to coach⚽️✈️

Year 7 Boys, Player of the Year 💚

Lennox is the ultimate Football Academy student. A top Walker scholar, 100% attendance and 0 behaviour incidents for the full year. However, Len doesn’t just impress in school he also impresses on the pitch. Committed, tenacious, versatile and technically gifted are only some ways we can describe Len. One of the most coachable players we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and we are excited to see the heights Len can reach with his incredible attitude🏃🏼⌛️

Year 7 Boys, Player of the Year 💚

An addition to winning our Trust POTY, Peace has also deservedly been awarded our Year 7 boys POTY. In Peace’s first year with us he has impressed both on the pitch and in school. Peace has been an integral part of our Year 7 squad and also played a number games a year up for our 8s squad too. He is a superb ambassador for our Football Academy and we are looking forward to see what Peace can achieve in Year 8👀👏🏻
