Mum + Baby Pilates isn’t about getting an uninterrupted hour to exercise. It’s about having a space where you can move your body without needing everything with your baby to go ‘perfectly.’

Some weeks you’ll do loads. Some weeks your baby will have other plans!

Whether they are feeding, crying, sleeping, wriggling or rolling, all babies are welcome 🤍 and so are all their amazing mummies 💕

Sometimes I think we’ve made wellness far too complicated. We don’t need a routine that looks perfect on paper if it leaves no room for *actually* living, right?

I’m pretty sure: enjoyable movement + fresh air + good people + celebrations + rest + feeling strong = wellness 🤍

I spent 20+ years building a career in law and just before I turned 40, I decided to become a beginner again.

It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made 🤍 And I think it’s made me a better teacher too because I remember what it feels like not to know what you’re doing yet 💫

3 years ago I would never have believed I could have a summer like this: spending time with the people I love, whilst still doing a job I love with incredible clients 🥹

The older I get, the more I realise how much I value feeling strong and well, not for how it makes me look, but for everything it allows me to do and enjoy.

Work I love, people I love, and a body that lets me do the things I love.

That’s what feeling rich in life looks like to me 🤍
