What a fantastic weekend for our juniors at the Aberaeron Junior Football Festival 2026 ⚽️❤️

Our Under 8’s were absolutely brilliant throughout the tournament, showing true teamwork, determination and sportsmanship, finishing the weekend with an amazing record of 3 wins, 2 draws and only 1 loss. We are so proud of every single player.

Our Under 14’s also had a fantastic tournament run, battling their way all the way to the finals and finishing as worthy runners up. An incredible achievement and a team effort to be proud of.

A huge thank you to our hosts Clwb Pel Droed Aberaeron Football Club for organising such a great weekend of football, and thank you as always to all of our players, coaches and parents for your continued support and encouragement throughout the festival.

A huge thank you to Val at The Bunch Of Grapes, Newcastle Emlyn for their continued support of Emlyn Juniors by kindly allowing us to use the venue for our fortnightly bingo nights. Your support really does make a difference and helps us continue raising valuable funds for our junior teams ❤️⚽

🌸 Spring Family Fun Day – THANK YOU 🌸

Despite the challenging weather (and those gale force winds! 💨), we are absolutely delighted to share that our Spring Family Fun Day was a huge success!

In just under 3 hours, and with over 80 children taking part in our Easter Egg Hunts, you helped us raise an incredible £500+ for Newcastle Emlyn Juniors Football Club ⚽💛

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and recognise the incredible role women and girls play in football, both at grassroots level and on the national stage.

At our club we are proud to have girls pulling on the Emlyn shirt, women helping coach and support our teams, and volunteers who give their time to help our club grow. Your passion, dedication and love for the game inspires the next generation of players every single week.

We are also incredibly proud of our amazing Wales Women’s National Team, who continue to inspire girls across the country to believe that football is for them too.

Here’s to all the women and girls who make football what it is — on the pitch, on the sidelines, and behind the scenes. ❤️⚽

We are incredibly honoured and proud to see Charlie Escourt from the Wales Women’s National Team proudly wearing the Newcastle Emlyn Juniors kit as part of FA Wales celebration of 20,000 women’s and girls’ players across Cymru.

This amazing milestone recognises the huge growth of the women’s game in Wales and the grassroots clubs who help make it possible. To see our club represented as part of that celebration means so much to everyone involved with Emlyn Juniors.

It’s also fantastic to see some of the names of our incredible sponsors Davies and Davies Furniture, Mow Motion, DJHoyland Electrical, and L J Active Sessions displayed on the kit ... your support plays such an important role in helping grassroots football thrive and giving our young players the opportunities they have today.

Moments like this remind us how important grassroots football is and how every club, coach, volunteer, sponsor and player contributes to the future of the game.

A big congratulations to our Newcastle Emlyn Huddle girls who became the first Huddle team to compete at the Futsal tournament in Cardigan 👏

What a brilliant achievement for the girls and a proud moment for the club.

A fantastic performance from our U14s yesterday, showing real teamwork, determination and effort from the first whistle to the last. The players worked hard for each other all over the pitch and fully deserved the result.

So proud of how this team continues to grow in confidence and play with such heart.

Huge well done to every player, and thank you as always to our coaches, sponsors and supporters on the sidelines, your support means everything.

🎉 What a night! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our last Bingo Night — we had such a fantastic turnout and an even better evening, all while raising much-needed funds for Emlyn Juniors Football Club ❤️⚽

The atmosphere was brilliant, the laughs were flowing, and we were so pleased to hear some of our young adults asking if we could run bingo every fortnight instead of once a month — which is an idea we’re very excited about!

📅 Our next Bingo Night will be on 24th February, so make sure you follow our page and keep an eye out for the reminder poster 👀

We’d also like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening, and especially to Val at The Bunch Of Grapes, Newcastle Emlyn for hosting us and continuing to support our junior teams — we’re so grateful 🙌
