WestBerks Body Control Pilates WestBerks Body Control Pilates takes great care in providing Pilates lessons that cater for the individual.

We limit our class size to 8-12 people which is much smaller than many local gyms. This allows us to help cater for individuals and give specific feedback to help clients reach their goals.

Into the middle of February and classes back in full swing after the Xmas break! A few hiccups along the way… an alarm going off and having to cancel a class, snow and fog preventing people from coming to a class, a few coughs and colds and an odd ski accident!
But my highlight was the moment the lovely Alison Dunks gave me this beautiful Fisherman’s Kep….beautifully knitted by herself. Colours chosen to suit me. Can you see the paw print she created?

Some spaces have become available in my Friday 10.45am Pilates class in Bucklebury. It is a hybrid class so has the option to Zoom in or attend in person. It's mixed ability. Message me for more info.

Friday 9.30am Bucklebury

Spaces also available in Friday 10.45am class on Zoom.

All classes are mixed ability and Friday and Tuesday are suitable for those with low bone density.
