Ladies Only Kickboxing and mixed Self Defence classes in Newbury.
Come and meet the great team of people learning Kickboxing and/or Self Defence on Tuesday evenings at AceSpace, free to try and no obligation.
I know the FB page is a bit sparse (more updating this year) but we’ve had classes every Tuesday in 2025 and will continue through 2026 and beyond.
