Gee Gee Fitness Fit Camp Classes GeeGee Fitness come & enjoy a full body workout.

The sessions vary each week with a combination of Cardio HITT (High intensity interval training), HITT Core and Strength HITT. Our Classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, spine stability and toning of the body. The classes are at 10 am and take place at Beverley Park, Park View, New Malden, KT3 4AX

The other day, was sitting down thinking about problems and how almost all problems should be treated like rust. You cannot just leave it and expect it to go away, because it won't in fact it usually spreads.
Pain can be viewed the same way, don't let your body become weak.💯

We have found getting the hip hinge correct so useful for clients with knee pain. Client have found it so useful not only inside the gym, but outside the gym too.

HOW TO HIP HINGE CORRECTLY?

Step 1: Before any movement occurs, stay tight and create lots of full body tension. This will ensure you to load the spring as you descend. Getting tight is referred as irradiation (in the RKC) and is a combination of breathing and flexing all of your muscles tight as hell.
Step 2: Slide the hips back and turn your "side ass" on by spreading the floor and pushing your knees out.
Step 3: Keep your torso upright and stay tall. Your goal is to remain tight in the core and move the weight with your hips and hamstrings; not your lower back, which happens when you lose position and fall forward in the hole.

It's so easy to get into poor water drinking patterns.

Here is a challenge to your discipline if you struggle with water drinking, in a diary or note pad 1 to 30 and cross off how many days you can complete drinking 8 glasses of water at the times stated.

Today we was reading research papers and in a sentence "one can conclude that drinking ad libitum is the best general advice to give to athletes".(Samuel Mether, department of health science Zurich).
