Coordination is one of the core Pilates principles.
Improving balance supports strength, posture, and control at any age.

Inside this week’s plan:

Most people skip the part that helps them move better.


Stretching isn’t about flexibility.
It’s about preparing your body to work properly.

This 10-minute full-body Pilates stretch is designed to be done before training.
Not to exhaust you.
Not to push range.
To help your body organise itself before load.

The focus is simple:
• Gentle mobility through the spine
• Releasing tension in hips and shoulders
• Reconnecting breath with movement
• Improving how your body supports strength work

When you take a few minutes to prepare properly, training feels smoother.
Movements feel more controlled.
You rely less on compensation.

This is the type of session I recommend when people feel stiff, rushed, or disconnected before a workout.

Returning to movement doesn’t require intensity — it requires intention.



I’ve recently shared a 20-minute full-body Pilates session using a resistance band, created for moments when you’re ready to re-establish a routine without pressure or overwhelm.

This workout is designed to support a gradual, sustainable return to movement:

✓ Low-impact and joint-friendly
✓ Full-body strength and stability
✓ Beginner-accessible with clear structure
✓ Ideal for at-home practice
✓ Focused on rebuilding strength and consistency

Periods of pause are a normal part of any long-term movement practice. What matters is how we return; with patience, clarity, and respect for where the body is now.

Consistency doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from choosing movement that feels achievable and supportive.

Strong movement starts with a strong centre.


Deep core strength goes far beyond aesthetics — it supports posture, protects the spine, and improves overall efficiency in every movement you make. When we train the core with control and intention, we build stability that translates directly into daily life and long-term performance.

My latest session is a 15-minute Pilates abs workout from home, focusing on deep activation and an all-over core approach. The sequence is built to help you tone your deep core, improve endurance, and create better connection through slow, precise movement. This is not about rushing or chasing intensity; it’s about building strength that lasts.

I’ve just released a new full-body standing Pilates workout designed to challenge your balance, build strength, and support your posture, all through slow, controlled, intentional movement.

It’s ideal for anyone who:

✓ Prefers low-impact but effective strength work

The entire workout is completed standing, with the option to use light weights to increase resistance and maximise results, though it works beautifully without equipment too.
