As a nursing assistant, Ross specialised in and supported people suffering from physical and mental disabilities, neuro diversities and neurotypical individuals. He is a fully qualified personal trainer, self-defence instructor and boxing coach, with 11 years of experience in helping and training people who suffer from depression, autism, PTSD and anxiety, to achieve their goals.
