What a gorgeous morning it was for an early morning sauna, thank you Bryony Rogers for including us in your beautiful 3 day singing retreat at IOU Hebden Bridge Hostel

Conditions were perfect for an early morning summer sauna - shade, woodland, cool water, somewhere to sit, somewhere to dip, sun rising across the valley looking especially pretty in full summer bloom, it was just gorgeous. And then the sound of women's voices breaking into song in the sauna was quite unexpected and my eyes may have started leaking at that point!
