It's amazing what 24 hours brings in this ever changing valley, especially when you're on autumn retreat, with sauna, yoga and incredible food.!

Same sauna, same weekend, same spot, different day!

Yesterday skies were high, clear, bright and summery. Today, well, you can't beat a bit of misty rain!

Every day is different and after 3 days in the woods, I'd highly recommend having a mini sauna retreat and booking a session each day in October - 16, 17 and 18. There's definitely worse ways to spend your time and £'s!

🌿Sauna by twilight in time for sunset on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th July, sauna & rise with an early morning sauna on Sunday 12th July, or really settle in with a 90 minute slow Sunday session NT Hardcastle Crags

🌿These early morning and evening sessions are really special. Quiet and tranquil, in soft light, you’ll cool off with spring water under the oaks, birch and alders, and somehow feel this is how life is supposed to be - rustic, simple and beautiful!
