Hi everyone!

I’m excited to introduce NATURA, a brand-new boutique wellness studio and quiet coffee bar space created right here in the local community.

Whether you’re looking to move your body, take time out to recover, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a hot drink, we’ve created a calm, welcoming space designed to help you slow down.

Here is what you’ll find at NATURA:

🧘‍♀️ Boutique Training: Small-group fitness, 1:1 PT, Mat Pilates & Yoga focused on strength, mobility, and longevity

🌿 Private Infrared Sauna & Spa: Deeply relaxing heat therapy alongside facial, foot, and scalp massage treatments to melt away stress

☕ Quiet Coffee & GF Treats: A peaceful spot to enjoy specialty coffee, teas, and delicious gluten-free bakes (dog-friendly, too! 🐾) We will be working on extending the 💯 GF menu ( and dog menu ) in the coming weeks , keeping things simple and tasty 😋

As a celiac myself, the coffee bar is from 💯 GF, from the coffee beans to the cups.

Saunas don't just aid recovery but also act as powerful systemic reset button for your cardiovascular system, brain, immune health but also help with inflammation.

Our packages for sauna use 1 or 2 persons are

What a special day for our first official soft launch day at NATURA! 🌿☕

It was so lovely meeting new local faces, chatting with neighbors, and welcoming our very first coffee guests into the space. Building this studio has been a labor of love, and seeing people sit down and enjoy it today meant the 🌎

A massive, heartfelt thank you to Jean & Sean, who came by today and treated Thor to this incredible, extra-fluffy new bed and blanket! 🐾

Thor is currently fast asleep having a well-earned rest after his exhausting first shift... apparently, baking cakes and managing Environmental Health compliance single-handedly takes a lot out of a dog! 😉🎂

We’re back open tomorrow for coffee, tea, and gluten-free bakes!

Introducing our official Studio Happiness Manager: Thor 🌿🐾

Thor will be hanging out at the NATURA coffee bar with me every day. He’s friendly, affectionate, and thrilled to be part of the studio, though he’s still settling into the new routine of people and other pups coming and going!

Since he gets a little overly excited when meeting new friends, he’s practicing his best boutique manners while he gets used to the buzz of the space.
