Kick-start your year with purpose and targets you can actually hit.
Our gym class launches 12th January at 6:15am, running every Monday, Wednesday & Friday — the perfect way to build consistency and momentum.

Train in a comfortable, friendly, and supportive environment where you’ll never feel out of place. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, you’ll get plenty of help and guidance every step of the way.

Looking for the perfect way to kickstart your New Year? Join us for a 6-week fitness program that’s designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, burn fat, increase flexibility, and tone up! 🏋️‍♀️

Hi Folks,
For those of you who don’t know me, I am Sean Molloy and I am a qualified Personal trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2021.

It all started with my own fitness journey before I qualified as a trainer. With small but significant changes to my lifestyle I was able to lose some weight, get stronger and feel like a new man. As someone who has been there and done it, I am eager to pass on what I have gained to as many people as I can.

Through my experience of working in gyms, schools and in clinical settings, I have been fortunate to have worked with some of the best coaches and trainers in the industry. I have had the pleasure of coaching people from all walks of life. I have trained people of all abilities and experience levels.

I am looking for people who want to make a positive change in their life and to have some fun while doing it. I am running a bootcamp class in Dungannon Clarkes Community hub starting this Tuesday 6th February. I have a couple of spaces remaining so if you’re interested in working up a bit of sweat and having a bit of craic, drop me a message!
