Due to social distancing measures still in places, when classes resume it will be necessary to book your place in a class.

Knee surgery went welI but I now have a new found respect for all my clients that have had knee replacements.
I’ve had a couple of set backs but I’m still hoping to return to work on the 4th August 🙏

The 6pm class tonight is extremely busy. The 7.15pm has space if anyone prefers a quieter class.
Also plenty of room at 5pm tomorrow
