We want you to get a Tru feel for our studio, to experience our amazing instructors and see what we are really about, whilst getting to grips with the Reformer, connecting your mind and body and establishing your movement.

This is for all new clients and includes all classes on the regular timetable. Events are not included and are charged separate. This offer will run from 14 days from the date of purchase, no extensions will be applied.

Step away from the noise of everyday life in this stunning peaceful spa garden where you can fully switch off for a morning of movement, relaxation and reconnection.

Your wellness experience includes:

- 45min mat Pilates to strengthen stretch and energise
- 45min woodland walk through beautiful natural surroundings
- 45min sound bath to reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system and ground yourself
-1 hour relaxation in the spa garden with exclusive hot tub use in a serene countryside setting
