At Lancaster city youth we have taken the opportunity in the off season to branch out and build our wider connections with high performing teams in our area.

We have welcomed some of the best U7,U8,U9 & U11 sides to mossgate and these games have all been hosted, officiated and funded by us as a club.

All with the aim of ensuring our community relations grow and we continue to have eyes on the best talent around.

Lancaster City is proud to announce their acceptance into the Northwest Youth Alliance as of next season.

This is a league filled with excellent sides all of similar sizes and motivation to compete at the highest level.

As a club this has been something we have been working incredibly hard on in the background to ensure our pathway for our U16 onwards players in the future is secured and their development remains a priority as they strive towards the first team.

We are pleased to announce that a quarter of our current U16's have featured for the U18/U23's already this season and made a great impression, this step will only allow them to continue building upon that achievement.

Our continued aim to push players from U8 to Semi professional footballers into playing environments which progress them as players can only continue to be great for of local area and the standard of football we will see within it.

Keep your eyes posted for further developments over the summer as this is only the beginning.
