The Cassar Academy of Choi Kwang Do specialises in real; life, street based self-defence. The essence of Choi Kwang Do is to enhance Personal Development, Optimum Health & Self-Defence. Student age ranges from 4 - 75 (all age ranges welcome from 4 & above). The Academy is owned by Master Vince Cassar, a 6th Degree Master Instructor of the art, equipped with of 45 years of Martial Arts experience.

Whether your goals are self-defence competence, health & fitness, confidence, discipline or you simply find it tedious working out independantly & struggle to maintain motivation..
