Xeno Martial Arts have family classes at Sandymoor Community Hall Tuesday 7pm - 8:15pm, Wednesday 4:45pm - 6pm and Sundays 4pm - 5:15pm. Train together as a family or as a individual. Become fitter, faster, flexible, confident and learn self defence at the same time. Minimum age 6.
