What an incredible day for the team yesterday with outstanding results! All I ever ask for as a coach is maximum effort, and I got that in abundance ! 🙌 I’m beyond proud of every single one of our kids and adults who stepped up and represented themselves and our team with such pride. It was one of those perfect days where everything fell into place. Huge congratulations, Team Dragons Den 🙌👏🏻❤️

Our teens class on a Friday night is really starting to take shape and we love to see it! We’d really like to encourage more teens to get involved and join in. It’s a drop in class so just £7 per class (unless you are already a member then it is included in your membership) please share and if you are a teen attending already bring a friend and their first class is free! 👌

Late post, but huge congrats to on his blue belt! Special one for me, as it's the first I've handed out to someone that started their jiu jitsu journey at the den. Harry's a handful on the mat, and our higher belts can finally breathe easy 😉. As always his final hurdle was a 30 min shark thank. Passed with flying colours 🫨 Big well done to everyone on their awards and stripes. Awesome night of white belt scraps and great times ahead in 2026!
