📢 Announcement📢

Now a short (slightly funny) story of how it came about...

2 weeks into starting our regular sessions in in September, we received a very random email from a company wanting to film and get our thoughts on football in , (tbh we thought it was a joke or spam lol) 📨📩📨

The above happened on a Tuesday.

On the Thursday, we had a follow up call and confirmed they can film during our weekly 4-12 years old football sessions on the Saturday. 🎬🎥

On the Friday, they went to the venue to do a site visit and assesment (a recce 🤷😕)

On the Saturday, we arrive expecting a camera person and a couple of people...

We turn the corner and see:
🎧 Sound engineers
🎬 Producer
🎞️ Co producer
📢 Project manager,
📸 Photographer and
📹 Videographers looking like ghost busters with futuristic 360 rotating cameras...

We were shocked 😳
Parents were excited 😊 😃🕺💃(some asked if their child could be filmed 😅 - which we didn't for safeguarding reasons of course 🚸)


Did we expect this. No.
Are we thankful 😎🤙🏾⚽ of course.

Why are we sharing this...

1. Sometimes we need to take steps of faith and just "trust the process" cc , because we don't know what the potential outcome may be and how we can positively impact our communities as our team are trying to do through football coaching

2. Taking a step of faith allows others to as well. We've seen amazing progress of children who attend our sessions, with their football ability, peer development, listening skills, self confidence and more.

3. A coach, as part of this short film, got to visit, go pitch side at Wembley Stadium and see the as part of its global tour too
