What a fantastic day at Junior Dragons Summer Camp! ☀️🧡

The sun was shining, and the players were ready to take to the court!

We kicked things off with a fun game of Head, Shoulders, Knees and Cone, which had everyone moving, laughing, and warmed up for the day ahead.

Next, it was all about defence. The players worked incredibly hard on their defensive skills, tracking their players, owning their space, and putting in some fantastic defensive efforts.

After lunch, the focus switched to attacking play, with the players learning how to move into space and drive strongly onto the ball.

From there, we moved on to one of the players’ favourite games – Tic, Tac, Toe! This challenged everyone to use their shooting technique under pressure, and the competition was fierce. The players were so competitive and their shooting was brilliant!

To finish the day, we played some match games, which is always one of everyone’s favourite parts of camp. It was great to see the players putting everything they had practised into action.

What a fantastic day of netball! We can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow. 🧡☀️

💙 We’re looking forward to seeing all of our amazing players for our final training session of the season! 🧡

💚 We can’t wait to celebrate each and every one of you and everything you’ve achieved this season. From your hard work and determination to the confidence and friendships you’ve built, you’ve all grown so much both on and off the court. 💜

💛 It’s been an incredible season, and we’re so proud of every single one of you. Let’s finish the season together with lots of smiles, celebrations, and plenty of Dragons spirit! 🐉

It was all about defence on Friday as we took on the Gladiator Gauntlet! 💪

Our younger players came up with their own gladiator names before stepping into the challenge. We had Fierce Freya, Fire 🔥, and Tiger 🐅, and they were all ready to defend their space!

The players showed fantastic footwork, working hard to stop their opponents from getting past them. It was brilliant to see their determination and defensive skills on display.

When it came to game time, everyone moved brilliantly around the court, and there were some amazing interceptions throughout the games. It was fantastic to see the players putting everything they had practised into action.

A huge well done to everyone—you all worked so hard and should be really proud of yourselves. Keep up the fantastic work!
