What is a bike fit?
You buy a bike…….
It’s sized for you when you purchase it. But where do you position and set up your cleats for your pedals? How high should the the saddle be? How far back or forward should your saddle be? Do you over or under pronate your feet? How flexible are you, particularly the glutes, hip flexors and hamstrings?
All of these affect your comfort and wattage you create. By using specialist measuring software, lasers and a good old protractor I can set you up to fit your bike.
