It's been a whole year since we sadly lost Ian McCabe from our coaching team at MK United FC WO30.

Ian was a gentle, kind hearted man, always willing to help others. He was so proud of the players in his team, and of course Emily.

Whether he was goalkeeper coaching, or supporting the defensive unit to stay solid at the back, he would quietly give words of encouragement that helped our team become who we are today.

He is missed so much. 💙

Another great weekend away to Worthing and Arundel in the WO30 memory bank. 🌊

Two teams entered with the 30+ team finishing a close second and the recreational team going unbeaten for six games. ⚽️

But more importantly, more special moments spent with friends in the sunshine. 🌞
