We had hail, we had thunder and oh did we have rain!!
A great session with doing coaching for their intervals session.
We did a 15 minute warmup, dynamic stretches followed by:
8 x 2 mins with 1 min recoveries
4 x 1 min with 30 secs recoveries
With hammer time for the penultimate 1 minute.
Then home to tumble dry my clothes before a Care Home session over at Elizabeth Gardens.
