Next Monday, the 28th of September the whole gym will be closed between 5pm and 9pm, this includes all classes also.

Unfortunately the electric is being cut off in the whole street and therefore we will have no power in the gym, so no lights, no door access, no music and no power for the cardio kit.

Last entry to the facility will be 4pm and everyone will be asked to leave at 5pm incase the power shuts of earlier than expected, they are assured us that there should be no delay however this is out of our control so we will keep you all updated.

We have been asked if we can do deliveries of our salad boxes/meal deals to local business....

The answer is yes and that is what we will be doing tomorrow, if you would like one of our freshly made salad boxes, or meal deals then you need to pre order 24hrs in advance, the minimum order for delivery is 5 boxes/meal deals and we only deliver to the milford/haking area.

Salad boxes will vary slightly through the weeks but will most consist of the following flavours;

Chicken or ham,
Tuna and sweetcorn,
Chicken Tikka,
Vegetarian option.

£5.95 each.

Upgrade to a meal deal which includes a protein flapjack and a drink for only £9.95.

Also available at reception for members and non members
