CLIENT SPOTLIGHT | PAUL
When Paul came to us, he wanted one thing: structure.
Working a demanding 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, he knew consistency was the biggest challenge. Night shifts can make it difficult to train well, recover properly, and stay on top of nutrition, all of which can have a knock-on effect on body composition, energy levels, and overall health.
So we kept it simple.
We built a programme around his lifestyle:
• Three progressive full-body strength sessions each week.
• Nutrition tailored to support recovery and performance.
• Calories adjusted as training progressed to ensure he was fuelled to build muscle while staying lean.
The outcome speaks for itself.
Reduced body fat, added quality muscle, and is in a far better place physically / mentally than when he started.
What makes this transformation particularly interesting is what happened beyond the mirror.
His testosterone increased from 7.5 nmol/L to 17.8 nmol/L over the course of his coaching. This is a huge win! And excellent place to be at!
While testosterone is influenced by many factors, improvements in body composition, resistance training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and lifestyle all play an important role in supporting healthy hormone levels.
These are the changes that genuinely improve quality of life.
