Listen to your bike. It’s always trying to tell you something. That squeak, knocking headset, rumbly hub, suspension creaks etc etc. Catch any niggles early on, and save on replacement of potentially expensive components.

Soaked a very seized BB30 axle the last couple of days to no avail. Thinking cap on this morning. Plugged the hole in the axle and emptied a CO2 canister into it. Cools the axle very quickly to contract it a tiny amount. Tap tap and out it comes.Can’t beat science. And strong coffee….!
