The most GORGEOUS night with the OG Neomamma ladies 🥲💜💛
The women who have been with me since the very beginning. Supporting my journey and helping me build this insanely beautiful community.
Dinner and drinks (milk 🥛 for me 🙈 and no, I’m not lying 😂), a night full of laughter, conversation and memories made.
What started as fitness has become so much more. Genuine friendships and connections that will last a lifetime 🫶🏼

A year ago, I stood in front of a camera for my first Erin Carson Coaching photoshoot.

Last week, I stood in front of another one.

The outfit was almost identical.

I wasn’t.

One photo shows me at the beginning of building my business.

The other shows me 33 weeks pregnant, growing both a baby and a business.

A lot can change in a year.

My body changed.
My priorities shifted.
My training adapted.
My life looked very different.

But the things that matter most haven’t changed at all.

I still believe that fitness should fit around your life, not take over it.

I still believe that strength is about so much more than how you look.

I still believe that consistency beats perfection every single time.

And I’m still just as passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident than I was when I started.

Because life comes in seasons.

Some seasons are about pushing hard.

Some are about adapting.

Some are about simply showing up and doing what you can.

The goal isn’t to stay the same forever.

The goal is to keep moving forward through every season life throws at you.
