Middleton Harriers look forward to welcoming you to Eddie’s Revenge Fell Race on Wednesday 26th June 2024..
Registration and chip/number collection:
Open 6.30-7.15 at St Saviour’s Church, Buckstones Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 8NB
Start: The race starts at 7.30, further up the road, near Shore Lane Methodist Church (GR 951097), Buckstones Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 8LX. PLEASE ALLOW 10 MINS TO WALK FROM REGISTRATION TO THE START.
Travel and Parking:
Please consider using public transport, cycling or car sharing as parking is limited.To keep local residents happy and to ensure the future success of the race, please avoid parking outside the houses on the lower part of Buckstones Road.
Registration is a one mile walk from Shaw and Crompton tram stop, where there are frequent services to and from Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester. This could be a good way to warm up your legs for the race!
Prizegiving and Refreshments:
Prizegiving will be at St Saviour’s Church. There will be a good selection of refreshments for sale and a raffle.
Please note we are unable to accept card payments, so bring cash!
