The way you speak to yourself matters more than you think.

Every time you tell yourself you're lazy, unfit, too old, not disciplined enough, or that you've "failed again", you're reinforcing a story that keeps you stuck.

The women who make progress aren't necessarily more confident than everyone else. They just stop believing every negative thought that pops into their head.

Pay attention to how you speak to yourself. Would you talk to a friend the same way?

After training with us, other gyms just won't hit the same.

Once you've experienced a gym where you don't feel judged, nobody cares what you're wearing, and you don't feel intimidated, you won't want anything less.

We've had SO many members tell us they could never go back to the gym environments they used to put up with. All because of how they feel when they walk through our door: comfortable, confident, and welcome🙌

A common misconception we hear from women over 40 is that feeling weaker, less energetic, or less capable is just part of getting older.

It's not.

Yes, your body changes with age, but so many things women put down to ageing are actually the result of losing muscle and strength over time.

Fortunately, strength can be built at any age.

And you don't need to become a gym fanatic or train every day. You just need the right approach and consistency.

June is here, which means you'll start seeing plenty of "summer body" and "bikini body" marketing.

We thought it was a good time to share our thoughts.

To be clear, we're not saying there's anything wrong with wanting to feel more confident on holiday. That's a completely normal goal, and if training helps you feel your best on the beach, that's great.

What we don't believe in is making women feel like they only need to care about their health, fitness, and confidence for a few weeks of the year. The benefits of exercise don't end when summer does.

More strength. More energy. Better health. Greater confidence. Those things matter in January just as much as they do in July.

That's why you'll never see us selling "bikini bodies". We'd rather help women build confidence that lasts all year round.
