Big shoutout to Craig Gardiner, who’s been with us almost since day one!

After a short stint away, Craig found his way back and he’s been absolutely smashing it ever since.

🏋️ 5–6 gym sessions a week
🚫 Zero cardio 😂
🤷🏻‍♂️ Zero excuses
🏋️‍♂️ Loads of weights
💪 Quality figure

And the best bit?

54 years old and feels 21! 🔥

Craig is proof of what consistency, hard work and simply turning up week after week can do. No complicated formulas. No excuses. Just getting in, lifting weights and putting the work in.

You already know.🤷🏻‍♂️

You know for a FACT you should be exercising.

You know you feel better when you move.
You know you have more energy when you train.
You know your body needs it.
You know your mind benefits from it.
You know your future self will thank you for it.

So the question isn’t “Should I exercise?”

You already know the answer.

The question is: Are you going to keep putting it off, or are you going to do something about it?

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to train for hours.
You don’t even need to feel motivated.

You just need to START.

🏋️ NO MORE CARRYING PLATES AROUND THE GYM!

Since welcoming a few new members recently, we’ve been getting some really useful feedback and we’re always happy to listen.

One thing that came up was the location of our weight plates.

Originally, we kept all the plates together in one area. The thinking was simple: if they all have one home, they’ll hopefully all get returned there and stay tidy.

But in practice, that meant anyone using our plate-loaded machines had to carry plates across the gym and then carry them all the way back again. Not exactly ideal. Probably why we are walking around cleaning up🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

So, based on your feedback, we’ve changed it. 💪

We’ve split the plates between different weight trees and racks and positioned them around the gym, closer to the equipment where they’re actually needed.

That means:

✅ Less carrying plates around the gym
✅ Plates conveniently located near the machines
✅ Easier to put your weights away after use
✅ A tidier, more practical training space

It might only be a small change, but it has also created more space and this should make a big difference to your sessions.

You give us feedback. We listen. We improve. 👊

And as always, please put your weights back on the nearest rack when you’re finished! 😄

🔧 GYM MAINTENANCE DAY 🔧

Today our maintenance team is working their way around the gym, giving all of our equipment some much-needed TLC. 💪

We’ll be:
🔩 Tightening nuts, bolts & fittings
🧽 Cleaning equipment, cables & chains
🔧 Checking machines and making sure everything is running as it should

Please bear with us while we get everything checked and maintained. If a machine you’d like to use is being worked on, we kindly ask that you find an alternative exercise or piece of equipment until the work is complete.

We’ll keep disruption to a minimum and get each machine back in action as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your patience and understanding! 🙌
