Every Wednesday at 7:30pm at Wellspring, we come together to move, breathe, sweat, and switch off from the noise of the week.

One thing I love about this class is the balance of people who show up—it's often 50/50 men and women, and sometimes there are even more guys than girls on the mat. Everyone works hard, everyone gets a sweat on, and everyone creates a little space for themselves.

Expect a strong practice, a great atmosphere, renewed energy, and a well-earned rest at the end of class.
