🥊 LADIES ASSASSINS — WHO’S READY TO TRAIN THIS WEEK? 🥊
Never tried Muay Thai before? Don’t worry — you don’t need to be fit, experienced or even know how to skip to come along!
A typical class starts with skipping and core work to get you warmed up, before moving onto the fun part — kicking, punching, knees and elbows on the pads! 💥
We generally partner up for pad work and there’s always someone to train with, so come along on your own or bring a friend.
Can’t skip? Absolutely no problem! There are always alternative exercises and everything can be adapted to suit you. Ladies Assassins welcomes complete beginners through to those with plenty of experience.
We’re a friendly, supportive and welcoming group of women — no egos and no pressure. Just a great atmosphere where you can get fitter, stronger, learn Muay Thai and have fun while doing it. 💪🥊

👶 Mums with babies are very welcome at our daytime classes.
👧 Children aged 11+ are welcome to join our evening classes.
