A very nice friendly match today against Avon BC, very close matches on all the rinks, with Spencer Melksham BC winning overall by just 3 shots. Great food as usual, so thanks to all the ladies involved. Tomorrow sees the quarter finals of the T&B league starting at 2pm, we have our own team E in the finals this year, so please come along and support them.

Well done to Team Donkey who won today's Roy Hawker Trophy beating Team Goat in the final of an animal themed tournament.
A special shout out to Paul Lane for winning our fancy dress competition. Your Koala was epic!
The first 3 rounds were played in the rain but the afternoon gave us a final in the sunshine to enjoy

A big well done to our Spencer Melksham Team E for winning Division 2 of the Tea and Biscuits League with one game still to be played. They will now be representing us in the T&B finals at our club which start on the 31st of August. Well done again Team E, David Laws, Stephen Gedge, John Crew, Brian Harris, Stephen Gay and David Hayward.
