The first team played in the Carlsberg Danish Pilsner Cup on Sunday. The trip to alfreton was a worthwhile one with a win bringing progression to the next round. Batting first posting 208 it was a close game with the bowling and fielding holding on with the opposition failing 5 runs short. Man of the match was Sam Haynes. 25 runs and 2 wickets at key times is a top performance at 14 in the first team. Great performance

What a fantastic day at Duffield Cricket Club’s Duffield Cricket Club Women’s Softball event! ☀️🏏🍔

Sunshine, softball, burgers, and a brilliant raffle made for the perfect day both on and off the pitch. The boundary was lined with our youngest supporters, with three babies proudly cheering on their mums and aunties, while for once the dads were the ones watching from the sidelines! 👶❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, played, supported, volunteered, and helped create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Days like these show what community cricket is all about.
