We’re looking for a few more players to join our U7s squad (Year 2 from September) as we get ready for the new season!

⚽ 5-a-side football
🏆 Playing in the Derwent Valley Junior Football League
📅 Sunday morning matches from September
🏟️ Training every Tuesday, 6–7pm
📍 Highfields 3G, Matlock

This would be perfect for:
👉 A new player wanting to get into football and join their first team
👉 A player already playing on a Saturday who wants some extra football on Sundays
👉 Anyone who simply loves kicking a ball around and wants to be part of a team!

AFC Olympians is a highly community-focused club, with a fantastic network of coaches, parents and volunteers. Our focus at this age is on having fun, making friends, building confidence and developing a love for football. 🧡🖤

⚽ Our brand-new U7s training sessions kicked off this week, and what a fantastic start it was! 🧡🖤

It's great to see so many young players beginning their football journey with AFC Olympians.

Got a younger future Olympian at home? They can join our FREE Community Soccer School every Sunday morning from 9:00am–10:00am.

As part of our commitment to making football accessible for everyone, both our Soccer School and U7s programme are completely free, funded through the amazing support of our fundraising activities and local community.

No fees. No barriers. Just football.

AFC Olympians is proud to host its biggest tournament yet, bringing together 120 teams from U7s–U14s and welcoming approximately 4,000 players, families and spectators across the weekend.
