NEW PILATES MATWORK CLASS SUFFOLK SIDE.
My Thursday morning class has filled up nicely and it's been lovely getting to know you all from the village and surrounding areas. Thank you so much to my lovely regulars who keep coming back, this class has become a joy to teach, sincerely!!
On that note, I have added a second Pilates Mat class in lovely Norton Village Hall.
Mondays 09:00-10:00 starting 13th April.
This will run in addition to the Thursday morning class.
£60 for 6 consecutive weeks or £12 Drop in fee.
I am offering a free taster class for you to try before you buy.
Bookings are essential and a pre-exercise health questionnaire must be completed before you attend a class.
I will at some point soon add an evening class, I know some of you have been asking. I promise, its coming!
If you are curious about Pilates and need a little nudge getting yourself over the line, this is the perfect time to start when a new class is launched. You will most likely arrive with other fellow beginners and I appreciate this can feel reassuring and less intimidating.
I have 16 years experience teaching Pilates and over 25 years teaching in the health & wellness industry. You are in very safe hands. It's never too late to start and Pilates is for everyone, it is not age biased. I offer levels and appropriate modifications for your specific needs. I provide props and small equipment to support, align and challenge you if required. If you do not have a mat, I can provide. I am hands on, I do not teach from my mat, I am meticulous in teaching you pure authentic Pilates so that you harness the method and connect deeper with your own bodies and how you move through everyday life.
