What we tell ourselves in essential, that inner dialogue becomes our belief system so make every effort to consciously choose it and REITERATE to yourself that you are enough!

MANIFESTACTION are all about setting that tone, living the 14 principles and as number 7 states, learn to SURRENDER your own expectations. Implement the principles gradually and watch things take form as you realise that you are enough as you are….

Visualisation OR also known as mental rehearsal is so powerful, especially if done correctly and frequently. I can be done whenever but is probably best at night before you sleep as then you subconscious can receive it much better along with positive I AM affirmations as you progress from wakefulness to nodding off in a meditation.

BUT visualisation can be done at anytime, it is all about regular practice, the more to do the more feeling the experience that you are visualising becomes more of the feeling, and gets stronger upon thought.

If you can keep yourself in the present moment too while doing it, even better. In other words, be in your body with your sensations, your heart beat and all that while visualising. Maybe even get caught in the theta (dreaming state) where you get lost in the quantum field where space and tike don’t exist, in fact nothing exists except possibility.

Visualisation is such a great topic, i recommend more research and certainly more practice. Maybe add it into your mediations and your intentional short pauses throughout the day 🤔

The one thing most of us struggle with especially when we want to live with purpose and meaning and contribute our unique gifts to the world- - i also struggle with this, showing up no matter what even if it isn’t perfect or as we want ourselves to be, that inner critic, those negative but false beliefs, the procrastination, the self sabotage, the excuses… its easier not to show up, BUT we always should.

Even if it is exercise, showing up for our bodies is essential, that that in May and BEYOND! Particular for YOUNG PEOPLE, strive for less technology and more MOVEMENT! Your body needs it, the vitamin D, the heart rare increase, the muscle contraction, if you’re playing with others, the natural connection, its your DOSE: healthy DOPAMINE, OXYTOCIN, SEROTONIN and ENDORPHIN!
