NEW TIMES STARTING THIS SUNDAY!!!!

8:30 in the morning was just too early for some of us (me) 😂 our session is now 9:30-10:30am every Sunday and only £5 per session pay as you go!

What a session on Sunday! My thighs are on fire today 😂 I can’t express how amazing you all were! The energy in the room was fantastic!
Just a quick reminder there will be no session this coming Sunday and the class time has changed from 8:30am to 9:30am. An extra hour in bed 🛌 I best up my game 😅

Feeling sorry for myself post 🥲

So I have had to cancel my last session of the year as I have just been diagnosed with Strep A. I am actually so sad as BB on a Sunday morning is my happy place 💞

Thank you all for your support this year, I hope you have the best Christmas and New Year 🖤

This class is only £5 for an hour! If it’s your first time, no need to feel conscious the class is in the dark with disco lights. On average we burn around 600 calories a session, all whilst having fun!

Thank you so much for the lovely messages regarding Ava. She is now out of hospital and doing so so well! If you were booked on for the cancelled session and have a membership can you please message the Dance Factory63 Fitness page so we can extend your membership accordingly.

Also, there will be no class this Sunday as our wonderful dance pupils have a dance exam. Again if you have a membership please contact the page so we can amend your payment date accordingly 💗💗

Good morning all,

My little one has been been taken into hospital and at the moment in time it looks like we won’t be going anywhere soon. I have made the decision to cancel this Sundays session just in case we are still in… on her birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️
