A fabulous lampshade bottle lamp workshop at The Langton Arms this week. We had great fun. 🤩lots of different bottles to convert. We’re not sure why the rejected the lamp kit??! 😜. But it was amusing! 🤣 are a great way to be introduced to lampshade making. Let me know if you’re interested in future classes. A big thank you to for their support and looking after us. Love my local pub! 🥰

Managed to squeeze in a date with my husband on Sunday. We had a great time with Say Italiano “Parla & Focaccia - the Tiramisu edition”! 😋 🇮🇹 James was in 7th Heaven 😆 we learned to make both focaccia and tiramisu with expert tuition from Lorenzo . We made focaccia on site and got to bring some dough home too. Lorenzo made the most delicious fillings for us to try for lunch! Then we “whipped up” mini tiramisu to bring home and enjoy! This all happened at Eco Village Market Harborough CIC where we could also purchase great wine from Duncan Murray Wines . What wasn’t to love!!?? Oh and did I mention I got a sticker for my one (very useful) word of Italian 🇮🇹 🥄😆. James wasn’t jealous…much!!! 😆😆😆 thanks to Margherita who always puts on a great experience can’t wait for the next one!!

What a weekend! 🥰 it kicked off with 2 days of installing our yarn bomb 🧶 on the gateposts of . I’m so proud of my Crochet and Chat from Harborough Market who have,as always, risen to a challenge and surpassed all expectations. 😍 a special shout out to Alison Stevenson for creating The Shepherd and his flock so brilliantly. I’m honoured to be surrounded by such talented people. A big thank you to Penny, Shaun and Alison for being there to support the installation, pass the scissors and maintain my balance!! is now on at The Congregational Church - more details to follow

So excited to be collaborating with other women owned businesses in Market Harborough to run my 3 week Beginners Crochet Course - Right Handed. ( Left handers watch this space! Can’t do both at once it hurts my head! 😜)
