Well we’ve cracked on and completed the first mile of this long journey!
I haven’t got a brilliant before photo but you can see that after a whole lot of WD-40 and a truckload of sandpaper with just a little bit more polishing to get the awesome chrome silver shine we’ll be home free…. With the handlebars that is. Still a lot more bike to go!

Well after a bit of time away we are back and back with a pretty daunting project 😂
Here at Trailside Tune-Up we’ve always believed in second chances, especially when it comes to bikes.
With that in mind we’ve taken on the new challenge of restoring a pair of awesome retro folding bikes. We hope to start on this challenge as soon as we can and we are confident with a little bit (a lot a bit!) of TLC and elbow grease we can get these bikes from rust to road in no time!
