There’s a version of you that’s been waiting to be heard.

Not the one who holds it all together, or the one who says ā€œI’m fineā€ and means something completely different.

The one underneath all of that, who knows something has shifted but hasn’t quite had the space to figure out what.

That’s the woman I build these days for, to give her somewhere quiet enough to hear herself again.

If that sounds like something you need right now, you’re very welcome here.

Join the wild woman community this May, because we all have a wild within that’s waiting to be heard šŸ¤

The most nourishing thing in the world is being with someone who needs nothing from you except your company.

I spent this weekend in Chester with my sister. My twin. The other half of me.

We wandered, ate good food, read books. We didn’t have a plan and we didn’t need one.

We just were together, that was more than enough.

It reminded me how rare and how precious it is to have people in your life who let you be completely, entirely yourself.

With no performance or needing to explain.
No holding it together.

Just ease.

I think that’s one of the most underrated forms of wellbeing there is.

Who is the person in your life who lets you be completely yourself?

I’ve just come back from a menopause seminar and something finally clicked for me…

Watching this back really captures something we’ve been building over the past year.

Not just a studio, and not just a timetable of classes, but a space where people can come in, take a breath, and feel a little more like themselves again.

Across yoga, meditation, sound, breathwork and more, what we see time and time again is the same thing, people arriving carrying the week, and leaving a little lighter, a little calmer, and more at ease.

Every class is open to beginners, there’s no expectation to know what you’re doing, just a space to come as you are and take an hour for yourself.

If you’ve been looking for somewhere to slow down and reset, this is exactly what Eudaimonia is here for.

These words belong to the people who have actually been to the studio. Who have spent time in the space and experienced the classes and workshops we are offering.

I can tell you all day long what This is Eudaimonia feels like. Nothing I say will ever land the way hearing it from someone who walked through that door not knowing what to expect and left feeling like this ever will.

If you’ve been curious and haven’t quite taken the step yet, read what they said.

Then come and find us 🌿

Every time someone walks through the studio door for the first time, something shifts. Not just for them, for the whole room.

What we’re building at Eudaimonia isn’t just a timetable of classes.

It’s a community.

A room full of people who showed up for themselves. Who put themselves first for an hour. Who sat next to a stranger and left feeling like they’d found their people.

I’ve watched complete beginners do their first ever yoga class and say ā€œwhy did I wait so long.ā€

I’ve seen people lie down in a sound bath and cry with relief.

I’ve watched people arrive alone and leave already making plans to come back together.

That’s what’s on the other side of booking one of these sessions.

Not just an hour of yoga or a sound bath or a drumming circle.

A place to belong.

May is a new month and I want it full of new faces.

Men and women. Complete beginners. People who’ve been meaning to come for months and just haven’t
quite got there yet.

This is your month 🌿

May is here and spaces are already filling up.

Classes begin Tuesday 5th May and booking is now open.

If you’re looking at this timetable and thinking
ā€œthat’s probably not for meā€ā€¦

It is for you.

Every class here, yoga, meditation, sound baths, hypnotherapy, drumming, nutrition, is open to complete beginners.

No experience, zero pressure and definitely no expectation to have it all together (I mean… who does šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø)

You just have to show up.

Our yoga classes especially, and we have them running throughout the week, are designed for people who’ve never done it before. Laura Laura Clarke , Amy The Yoga Witch , Nina Crystalline Earth and Zoe Zoe Roberts Therapies will meet you exactly where you are.

For Ā£12, you get an hour that’s just yours.

Beyond yoga, there’s something here for whatever you need right now.

A moment to pause.
A way to reset.
A space to feel a bit more like yourself again.

Men and women both welcome. Always.

Spaces are filling.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign to actually book it in.

There’s a version of me that used to apologise for needing things.

For needing rest, I still feel bad if I have a nap. For needing quiet and space. For needing people around me who understood without me having to explain.

I think a lot of women do this. We shrink the need down until it feels small enough to justify. We wait until we’re completely empty before we allow ourselves to be refilled. We call it being strong, I’m not so sure if that’s the case.

I’ve learned something about strength over the years, real strength isn’t the ability to keep going when you’re running on empty.

Real strength is knowing when to stop, nowing when to ask, knowing when to walk into a room and say ā€˜I need this today’. Knowing when to walk away.

You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve care, or have to hit rock bottom to give yourself an hour. You don’t have to earn rest.
It’s already yours.

Whatever today has asked of you, I hope you give yourself something gentle this evening.

You’ve earned it. You always have.

There are things I don't always talk about.

Not that they’re secrets, and they definitely don’t define me, they're just mine.

I became a mum at 17 and for a long time, surviving was the only plan I had.

At 18 I left an abusive relationship. At 24 I was in a women's shelter with my daughter, figuring out what came next. At 40 I went through divorce and found myself starting over again,!for the third time.

Each time, I thought the ground had gone from under me, but you know what, each time, it hadn't.
It had just shifted into something new.

What I know now, that I didn't know then, is that what I needed most in those moments wasn't advice, it wasn't fixing and it definitely wasn't someone telling me what to do next.

I needed somewhere to breathe, somewhere to feel safe to put the weight down for a while.
Somewhere I could just be without having to just keep going, without pretending, without holding it all together for everyone else.

That place didn't exist.
So I built it.

Eudaimonia is a Greek word.
It means human flourishing.
Not the shiny version we are taught to see and believe in, the real kind.
A life, lived well, even when life is hard.

That's what the studio at Bishton Hall is about.
And if any part of what I've just shared resonates with you, you are so welcome there šŸ¤

Let me paint you a picture. 🌿

You pull into the car park at Bishton Hall and Gardens You can already feel the outside world starting to quiet down a little.

You follow the path through to the courtyard and there it is. The studio, warm light through the windows, the smell of something calm, the sound of nothing much at all.

You push the door open. Someone smiles and says hello. You find a spot, take off your shoes, and for the first time in what feels like a long time, you exhale.

That’s what it feels like to arrive at This is Eudaimonia wellness studio for the first time.

Whether you’re there to move, to rest, or just to have an hour completely to yourself, that feeling is yours from the moment you walk in.

No experience needed, absolutely no expectations, you just come as you are.

Hi everyone, I’ve had a few new followers over the last few weeks so I thought I’d introduce my self here and tell you a bit about what I do.

I’m Kate, founder of This is Eudaimonia , a well-being studio nestled at the beautiful bishtonhall

I created this space because I believe well-being isn’t one-size-fits-all. So we didn’t make it that way.

Whether you’re drawn to yoga, meditation, sound baths or Pilates, or whether you fancy something a little different like flower arranging, journaling, or glass making, there really is something here for everyone.

If you’re new to wellbeing or just coming back to putting you first we have something here to gentle start with.

But here’s the thing, this studio isn’t mine.

It’s ours.

It’s a place for the community. A place where you can walk through the door, exhale, and just be you for a little while.

Somewhere to spend time with like-minded people, without any pressure, without any expectation. Just a moment to stop, breathe, and feel good.

We’re just getting started, and we want you to be a part of it from the very beginning. 🌿

šŸ‘‰ Come and follow the page, see what we’ve got coming up, and know that whatever you’re looking for, there’s a seat here for you.

We can’t wait to welcome you. šŸ’›
