Every personal trainer knows this look.

You’ve spotted something that needs tweaking.

You start walking over.

And before you’ve even opened your mouth, your client already knows exactly what’s coming 😂

In all seriousness, this is a huge part of what personal training is all about.

It’s not about being perfect. Everyone gets things wrong from time to time. It’s about having someone there to help improve your technique, build confidence and make sure you’re getting the most from every exercise.

Often it’s the smallest adjustments that make the biggest difference.

So if you catch me making my way over during your set, I promise I’m not judging you. I’m just trying to help ❤️

POV: Your client says, “It was only a bottle of wine…” 🍷😂

This is something I hear quite regularly as a personal trainer.

A bottle of wine can contain around 600 to 800+ calories, which is often more than people realise.

Now before anyone panics, this isn’t a post telling you to stop enjoying yourself.

In fact, I’d argue the opposite.

Most people don’t need a stricter diet. They need a more realistic one.

If you love having a bottle of wine on a Saturday night, let’s account for it. If you enjoy meals out, let’s account for them. If you want a social life, let’s account for that too.

The best fitness plan is the one you can actually stick to long term.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be consistent most of the time.

That’s exactly how I work with my clients. We focus on building habits that fit around real life, not creating rules that nobody can follow forever.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, or simply feeling healthier and more confident, there should always be room for the things you enjoy.

Fitness should fit around your life, not the other way around.

After 12 hours of personal training, it’s probably time to clock out. 😂

The clients got their workouts in.
The kettlebell got a headache.
And I got acquainted with the gym floor.

On a serious note, I genuinely love being busy and helping people get stronger, fitter and more confident. Even if by the end of the day my brain has completely checked out. 💪
