Instagram and TikTok are full of fitness advice that sounds great but most of the time isn’t feasible or doesn’t apply to you
You’re not failing because “you’re lazy” most people are just doing the wrong things expecting a particular result or the wrong information or stuck in the same yo yo cycle
It’s not just “train more eat less” it’s about doing the right things consistently in a way that actually fits your life
Sleep isn’t weakness it’s one of the biggest performance tools you have.. Quality >> Quantity
There is no perfect split or one way to train that builds muscle for everyone… pick something, train hard, fuel your body, recover… grow
What works for them might not work for you and that’s okay, find what will
Stop copying or buying random influencer PDF programmes.. start thinking, build something you can actually sustain and progress with
