GAMEDAY

Another Saturday means another game of cricket for both our teams. 🏏

The first team head to Alexandra Park as they take on Friends United looking to make it back to back wins.

The second team are at home as they take on an in form Failsworth Macedonia CC looking to get the 6 points.

Today sees the 1st XI travel to Radcliffe CC whilst the 2nd XI host Hadfield St Andrews at Egerton St!

Both teams looking for 6 points!

The sun is shining, the bar is open and there is cricket on all day down at Egerton St! 🏏☀️🍺

Today sees the 1st XI host Stalybridge Cricket Club down at Egerton St, whilst the Second XI make the short trip to Stalybridge for there fixture today!

Both games start at 12:30 with bar open from 12pm!

It’s nearly time for one of our favourite days of the year down at Egerton Street as we host the annual Tameside Whit Friday Band contest once again!

The day/night never disappoints and is always a success.

Everybody is welcome but we do ask that all children are accompanied by an adult and that any pets are kept on leads at all times.

As always if you’d like to volunteer in helping run the event please get in touch on our page!

This Sunday sees a couple of our cricketers running the Manchester half marathon in town!
They are running for 2 great causes and links will be posted below if anyone would like to sponsor them or wish them luck!

First up George Stringer is running for the little princess trust, a charity that gives wigs to young children who have unfortunately lost hair during cancer treatments. George will also be shaving his hair at the club at a later date and donating this to the cause.
