🏆👏MSW AWARDS 2025/26👏🏆
Friday night saw the teams first ever end of season awards evening to commend the outstanding players of the season.

As we close the season we came together where is all started. Over a year ago the team had their first meeting in the ice rink bar outlining what we hoped we would be able to achieve. Fast forward a year and we closed the season in the same ice rink bar with a huge thanks to everyone who supported us.
There was recognition across the team for their hard word, determination and belief. And an inspirational speech from our captain before the awards were presented.

This seasons award winners -
⭐ Forward of the year - Inez Brannan
⭐ Defender of the year - Steph Dunford
⭐ Most improved player of the year - Mack Hollinsworth
⭐ Coaches player of the year - Chloe Helm
⭐ Players player of the year - Cece Mullan

Congratulations to all the winners and everyone that made the shortlists 👏

Debut season is over. There is no such thing as off season and the players are already making plans both team events and personal development.
The Storm Women grew in season 25/26 and its ready to get stronger in 26/27!

The team at Her Game Too were kind enough to supply the team with some goodies and essentials for the past weekends Playoff Finals to welcome in the new partnership 🫶
We are proud to support the amazing initiative Her Game Too represents in womens sports, and we look forward to representing them going forward!

👏WNIHL Playoff Runners-Up 👏
The team fall just short with an incredible performance against Caledonia Steel Queens in today’s playoff final, losing 2-1.

Congratulations to Caledonia on a hard fought victory.

A truly remarkable first season comes to an end, thank you to everyone for their unbelievable support 🙌

2026/27 is going to be even bigger 🥳
