🏃♂️Making progress...🏃♂️
The weather this week was particularly bad (for June) and it's easy to let it put you off and make excuses not to train.
But progress comes from training consistently and that means turning up even when obstacles present themselves. Tiredness, the weather, general life stresses.
If you can still get out and train despite contending with these challenges, you are giving yourself a great chance of improving longer term!
